Welcome Message from the Mining Managament Chairman
The organization of this Congress came as an answer to the need to gather as one all the different subjects that are part of the Mining Management of an operation, whether it be subterranean and/or open pit mining, in order to develop issues such as Logistics Management; Human Resources Management; Accounting, Financial Management and derivatives; IT Management, Social Management, Mining Regulations and the Seminar on Mining Properties Appraisal. The combination of these subjects will allow the participant to exchange experiences on a national and international level, strengthening the Congress through conferences and panels. At the same time, there will be a technological exhibition, where leading companies will gather in order to show all the latest technological developments and, with this, set up a contact network through which the knowledge and cooperation will flow. We wish to strengthen and promote new links in order to propose and develop answers in these subjects that are of enormous interest for us all. We appreciate for your attendance. On behalf of the Peruvian Institute of Mining Engineers, we would like to invite you to be part of the first Mining Management International Congress that, under the motto A Global vision of the Mining Business will be held from September 20th to the 22nd at the historical Sheraton Lima Hotel and Convention Center. We will have the attendance of foreign guests, as well as prominent national academic professionals, who will help enrich the Congress program with their contributions.
